CHOBOT MEAT WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. General provisions and technical requirements
  1. Website run under the name chobotmeat.eu is of an information-contact nature. The Service Provider provides electronically services consisting of: provision of the content of the website, provision of the contact form. The information provided on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, but only an invitation to contact and commercial negotiations.
  2. To use the website chobotmeat.eu you need: a device with Internet access and a current web browser.

  2. The basic payment term is a bank transfer within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  3. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of payment depending on the history of cooperation, the volume of transactions and individual commercial arrangements.
§3. Functioning of the website
  1. The administrator reserves the right to temporarily limit the availability of the website for technical reasons.
  2. Complaints related to the functioning of the website should be submitted via e-mail sent to the following address: biuro@chobotmeat.eu. Complaints are considered within 14 days.
