AND GENERAL INFORMATION
  1. This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data of Buyers who place an Order in the Store and persons visiting the Store.

The Controller is responsible for the processing of personal data and declares that it complies with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “SHOWS“).
  5. The Controller declares that during the processing of personal data, it applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of the processing of personal data, in accordance with the risks and categories of data. Such measures have also been used to protect data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, processing in violation of legal regulations, alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
II PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. [Conclusion of a contract of sale]. In the event that Buyers purchase goods, place an order or request a quotation in any form, the data provided by you will be processed in order to prepare and conclude a sales contract.

    Legal basis for processing: Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract) and Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR (fulfillment of statutory obligations incumbent on the Controller, arising in particular from tax regulations and accounting regulations (days) .Processing period:
    - These data will be stored for a period of 6 years from the moment of conclusion of the contract.
    - Scope of data: name, address data, contact details, payment details.
  2. [Creating an Account in the Store]. Personal data provided in connection with the registration and creation of an individual Account in the Store will be processed in order to create and maintain an Account in the Online Store, keep a history of purchases, and make transactions through the Store's website.

    Legal basis for processing: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement for the provision of electronic services in the form of maintaining an individual account of the Buyer) .Period of processing: these data will be processed until the individual Account is deleted by the User. Scope of data: name, address data, contact details, payment data, purchase history.
  3. [Contact with the Administrator]. In connection with the contact with the Store (e-mail, telephone, Chat), the Administrator processes the personal data provided by the users in order to respond to inquiries about the products and services of the Store. Legal basis for processing: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR - legitimate interest of the Controller, consisting in contact with users of the Store and answers to questions asked. Processing period: the data will be deleted within 30 days after the case is settled or the question is answered.
    Scope of data: name and e-mail address or telephone number, depending on the method of contact with the Store.
  4. Newsletters]. For the purpose of providing services electronically in the form of sending the Newsletter, the Administrator processes the user's email address. Details regarding the processing of personal data of Newsletter recipients are described in the Newsletter Regulations.
  5. [Marketing]. In the event of a separate consent to receive marketing information, the Administrator will process personal data in order to send permitted information advertising the Administrator's goods and services, as well as to conduct analysis and sales statistics and improve the functionality of the Store.

    Legal basis for processing: Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR (the data subject has consented to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specified purposes) or on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (processing is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator consisting in marketing and advertising of the Store's activities) .Processing period: these data will be processed until the moment of withdrawal of consent or notification of objection. Data range: name, address data, contact details, IP, device location.
  6. [Enforcement of claims]. Personal data may also be used by the Administrator in order to pursue legitimate claims and defend against claims filed against the Administrator, including for the purpose of conducting possible court proceedings.

    Legal basis for processing: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (processing is necessary for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the controller, i.e. protection of own rights and their enforcement) .Processing period: data will be processed for a period of 6 years or for the period during which the Controller participates in legal proceedings. Scope of data: name, address data, contact details, payment details.
III INFORMATION ABOUT RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
  1. If necessary, we may transfer your personal data to the following categories of entities to the extent necessary:
    - persons authorised by us, our employees and associates who must have access to the data in order to perform their duties,
    - suppliers of IT systems and entities providing broadly understood IT services,
    - entities providing to the Administrator human resources, accounting services, quality of service studies, market analysis, debt collection, legal services, debt collection services,
    - couriers, suppliers,
    - operators of electronic payment systems and banks in the field of payment processing,
    - authorities authorized to receive your personal data on the basis of legal provisions.

Due to the fact that the Data Controller takes care of the security of your personal data with the utmost care, the transfer of this data to third parties and their processing on our behalf will be connected with the conclusion of a contract entrusting the processing of personal data, taking into account the absence of the need to conclude such a contract in the event that the basis for transferring the data to the authorities entitled to receive your personal data on the basis of the provisions of the law is fulfilled.
  3. We inform you that your personal data will not be transferred to a third country and/or an international organization and that it will not be processed in an automated manner.
IV RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
  1. In connection with the processing of personal data by us, you have the following rights:
    - access to the content of your data and their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing;
    - data portability;
    - request the deletion of personal data, except when their processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
    - object to the processing of personal data for purposes arising from our legitimate interests;
    - the right to withdraw your consent to the provision of personal data at any time, in a situation where data processing is carried out on the basis of consent
    - withdrawal of consent has effect from the moment of receipt by the Administrator of the declaration of withdrawal of consent
    - lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Office when the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  2. Providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary to initiate contact with the Administrator for purposes related to making purchases in the Store.

  1. The Store's website uses cookies, web analysis services and plugins of selected social media.
